When and where do we meet?
Flights take place at sunrise. We confirm the meeting time and exact location according to the season, wind and weather.
What happens if the weather prevents the flight?
If the pilot cancels for safety or weather, you can reschedule at no extra cost or request a refund under the booking terms.
Who can fly?
Children must be at least 6 years old and 1.20 m tall, accompanied by an adult. Pregnant passengers cannot fly. Wear comfortable clothes and closed footwear.
How long does it take?
Allow around 3–4 hours for the full experience, including approximately one hour in the air.
